Sara Jean Underwood just may be the ultimate in girl-next-door Playboy Playmates. They don't make 'em much cuter than Sara Jean was when this babe from Portland, Oregon chose to pose nude for Playboy and appeared in the July 2006 issue of the magazine as Miss July 2006. Despite her lack of artificial endowments (to that point in her career), Sara Jean was enough of a favorite of Playboy fans and Playboy editors that she was selected to be the 2007 Playboy Playmate of the Year. That was good news for Sara Jean's career and great news for Playboy fans who got to see a lot more of naked Sara Jean in the Playboy Cyber Club.

Sara Jean continued to work for Playboy for several years and even had some moderately enlarged boobs to (almost) show to us as she modeled for the Playboy store in 2009. She was buddies with the TV "Girls Next Door" and was frequently seen on that show with Hef's various girlfriends.

Fans of Sara Jean were very happy to discover that she posed for a whole new batch of nude photos and videos in 2010 - the source material for her appearance in the April 2010 "Playmate Xtra" feature in the Cyber Club.
