It's very likely that Carmella DeCesare will be forever remembered as Playboy's Miss April 2003 and the 2004 Playmate of the Year. By the time she appeared in the centerfold of the April 2003 issue of Playboy, Carmella already had a rather extensive and unique "Playboy career". She participated in a Fox TV show called "Girl Next Door: The Search for a Playboy Centerfold", but dropped out early when she became disillusioned with the process. Hugh Hefner intervened to bring her back to LA for a nude test shoot.

In October 2002 the world finally got to see her naked when she was featured in the Playboy Cyber Club as Cyber Girl of the Week. A couple of months later her fans got an even bigger dose of Carmella when was back in the Cyber Club as February 2003 Cyber Girl of the Month, with four brand-new photo sets and three videos. Less than two months later she hit the newsstands as Miss April. Fast forward to 2004 and Carmella's Playboy career culminates with being selected Playmate of the Year - readers and Cyber Club members got yet one more batch of sexy photos to enjoy.

In 2007 Carmella married NFL quarterback Jeff Garcia - there's a lesson for everyone: if there are rumors going around that you're gay, just go out and marry a Playboy Playmate of the Year!
