Jennifer Grey

Actress Jennifer Grey experienced some serious success in the late 1980's when she played the angry sister in "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" and then starred opposite Patrick Swayze in "Dirty Dancing". She had a kind of funky cute look back then, but not exactly beautiful. Apparently, she wasn't happy with that look, as she decided to do the "rhinoplasty" (aka "nose job") thing.

Unfortunately, the first surgery didn't go well and she had to go through it a second time. After the second job she looks gorgeous - but completely unrecognizable when compared to her former self. She even considered continuing her acting career under a different name. On the short-lived sitcom "It's Like, You Know..." she played a character named "Jennifer Grey" who had a nose job that completely changed her look.
