Victoria's Secret model Alina Pascau (above) gets the cover of the November Playboy, as well as a mildly kinky nude photo shoot with a look-alike mannequin inside the magazine. Alina is photographed by boyfriend (and Hollywood director) Brett Ratner, who obviously needs to find some good luck.
